We enlist and coordinate the input of consultants to efficiently and effectively get the design pulled together and submitted quickly and completely with a minimum of corrections. We handle permitting from master site plans to ROW use permits.
We utilize strong project management methodologies to help ensure that each project finishes on time or early and on budget or below. Each team member is given clear direction and communications to allow them to effectively and efficiently do their job, and then is held to a fair but strict schedule and standard of performance.
